Natalia Malyshkina immigrated to the U.S.A. and became a naturalized U.S. citizen. She graduated from universities in Russia and Finland in 2005 with degrees in business administration and management.

After years of working in the California mechanical, electrical and civil engineering consulting industry, Natalia was accepted to San Francisco Law School where she received a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree.

In preparation to opening her law office Natalia volunteered at San Francisco Superior Court, worked in an immigration law firm, and owned a translation business focused on political asylum interviews in immigration court and documentation required for business immigration.

Natalia is committed to providing professional, compassionate, and honest service to her immigration and business clients.

In 2012 Natalia became a California licensed attorney. Natalia is a member of American Immigration Lawyers Association, California Bar Association, San Francisco Bar Association, American Bar Association, Queen’s Bench Bar Association.

Natalia speaks English and Russian languages fluently; she knows basic French and Finnish languages.

Elena Khomenko earned Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) in U.S. Legal Studies at Golden Gate University School of Law, San Francisco, California, USA

Elena Khomenko also graduated from Moscow State Regional University in Moscow, Russia with major in Jurisprudence and the second major in Education. She came to the United States and became a U.S. citizen through naturalization.

Elena volunteered for the San Francisco Pathways to Citizenship workshop. This workshop held in San Francisco several times a year to help citizenship-eligible immigrants.

Elena is very passionate about immigration law and helping immigrants to become citizens of the United States.

Elena became interested in immigration law while studying in Moscow and working on her thesis. She continued with her interest when she came to the United States. Elena has experience working in international companies and immigration firms in the United states.

Elena is fluent in English and Russian; she knows basic Spanish.
