The Supreme Court's ruling this morning made history. Today’s decision is likely to be cited in legal briefs over and over again for the next 100 years!
Now, the Defense of Marriage Act is unconstitutional -- meaning that all couples (Gay or straight) will be equal in the eyes of the federal law.
This will have huge implications on current immigration law, most certainly allowing gay, lesbian, transgender and bisexual couples (LGBT) benefit from family based immigration. Our office is very excited to open its doors to LGBT community.
And in California, Prop 8 is dismissed, clearing the way for same-sex couples in California to marry once again.
Obama’s administration is gathering support to achieve marriage equality for LGBT couples in remaining 37 states that are still fighting equality. You may help by going to the website below:

Congratulations again to the LGBT community!
